change cannot be split between the body and the mind. there is need for change in both. as much as we think about the structures we work in as much as our bodies must be trained, accustomed, led to an environment that differs from all those before.

come together. breathe. relax.
sense the ground under your feet. activate your senses.
how does it smell here? how does the sound make you feel? how did you sleep? how does your skin feel? close your eyes.
PERSPECTIVES.
imagine you are the grass beneath the river. how does this grass feel, right now, in this precious moment? what does this grass hear? how does touch feel as grass here, by the river? how does it feel to be touched as a grass here, by the river? a dog runs in us. their wet nose on our bended knees. how does this dog feel here and now, by the river? what does this dog smell? how did this dog sleep, how does the sound make them feel?
we grow. we are humans. we grow further.
how does this scenery feel through the eyes of an elephant? of a giraffe? how does the building there, on the other side of the river feel? how does the biggest tower here in town thinks about us? we grow. we are the world. we inflate. we get bigger and bigger. there are no legs. we see us from above. from everywhere. who are we? how can we include this in us, in our small body, this open, sensing, precious little body.
