Gang of witches

We are a growing army of dancers who are familiar with the ArtFashion-based creature movement practise. Our hub is currently based in Switzerland and Northern Europe more broadly, but the witches as a whole reside across the continent as part of an ecologically-focused approach. We move and gather as part of local, community-based actions that depend on an exchange with the surrounding environment. This local exchange pushes each performance that takes place to be unique and idiosyncratic, truly the product of its environment and community. The expanded dance practice is ever-growing, casting its spell across the continent in new and expansive ways. Each dancer is invited to draw on their own character within the group, expanding the hybridity within the amorphous and fluid gang. Bringing their own style, emotions, ideas, and movements, each creature is unique.
